boards, baked goods, and boxes - oh my! (also event tables, but that just doesn't roll off the tongue.)
show me the boards, baby!
The pictures below are JUST EXAMPLES of boards I have done in the past. Each board will change based on what you want on it, allergies, and what foods are available to me during that season. All savory boards contain specialty meats, cheeses, and crackers (unless otherwise specified) with fruit and other yummy treats I can get my hands on. I have to travel pretty far to get some of the items that are on these boards. Therefore, for the best experience, I need you to order from me several days before you need it. Dessert boards are also an option and are very customizable as well.
Prices of the boards vary based on what you want on the boards, how many people you need the board to feed, and how far I have to travel to get the board to you.

Really quick before we move on here! I make smaller boxed "to-go" versions of the charcuterie boards. Let me be honest for a second, sometimes I make those things 50+ at a time, and by the time I'm done, I am too tired to remember to take a picture. So my box picture game is slackin'. But here's a couple of pictures I have and here's what I can tell you:
1. I have a 9x9 inch box that I call my small. That guy feeds 2 people and is $30. Also, I do holiday themed boxes (so fun) in this size (boo boxes - ((halloween, duh)), sweetheart boxes ((valentine's day)), etc.)
2. I have a 12x12 inch box that feeds 4-6 (depending on how hungry you are) and is $60.

mmmm...what smells so good?
baked goods
Below are all of the cakes I offer. Any of the cake flavors can be converted into cupcakes. Cakes are sold whole and cupcakes and cookies are sold by the dozen (unlessssssss you catch me at a pop up shop to buy single servings hehe). The cakes are 9 inch round cakes that are 3 layers tall. They all come naked because, well, I can't decorate cakes. This menu is always changing and expanding! I'd love to hear if you have any specific requests on new goodies to try out.

Berry Chantilly$50
Whewwwww, y'all. My Fayetteville friends introduced me to the Berry Chantilly cake from Whole Foods, and honestly, I've been a changed woman since. This is my version of that masterpiece! This is a super light, vanilla sponge with a homemade blueberry syrup made with fresh blueberries. In between the layers, I pile sliced strawberries that really send the freshness of this cake over the edge (or so I'm told). An airy, mascarpone, whipping cream, cream cheese, icing concoction creates the perfect balance between sweet and fresh. If you don't like rich, heavy cakes, this is cake for you! Italian Cream$50
A customer sent me this picture of her order - ain't she purty? Italian Cream. We all know her. We all love her. Pecans and coconut shreds? Toasted. Cake? Somehow moist and fluffy all at once. Y'all, not to toot my own horn, but this cake is almost perfect. It'll never be my Mamaw's, but I'd say it's a close second place. |
Carrot Cake$50
Alright. If no one else is going to say it - I will. Carrot cake is the best cake of all time. Period queen - you tell em! I feel like the warm spices in a carrot cake speak for themselves so I won't spend too much time explaining how amazing this cake is. However, I will say, those are homemade candied pecans that you see right there on the top of this beautiful, orange fella. Lemon Blueberry$50
OMG if spring were a cake, it'd taste just like this girl right here. A lemon cake with fresh blueberries folded in (side note, freshly squeezed lemons only in this house). The frosting is a lemony, buttery, silky, lemon zesty, yummy pile of goodness. If you don't like lemon desserts, you probably won't like this cake. But that's just show biz baby. |
Salted Caramel$50
You ever homemade caramel before? I have. And let me tell ya, caramel is a tricky little sucker to make, but it is SO WORTH IT. This cake is probably the richest cake on my entire menu. She's a lot to handle, but she is like no other. The cake is a sponge that I poke little holes in and drench in the caramel. The icing is a butter cream that also gets lots of love from the salted caramel. And when it's all put together I drizzle, yeah you guessed it, salted caramel alllllllll over it. YUM. DeeDee's Choc Chip Cookies$20/dozen
A classic. An American delicacy. Everyone's grandma "has the best recipe". Except, they don't. Becauseeeeee my mom does (sorry y'all). If you went to grade school with me or my sisters, you know these cookies well, and chances are you asked us more than once to please bring them for any class party we had. I am not kidding, I have never met someone who didn't go crazy for these. It must be all the love the Vaught women put into them :) |
Chocolate Cake$50
What are they selling? Chawcolate? .... get it? The spongebob reference? Ok jokes over, let's get down to it. This cake is chocolate heaven. Lots of butter, buttermilk, coffee and sugar in this bad boy. With a rich, chocolate frosting. I mean, it's like, really good. Can I just add, this cake with the strawberry frosting is *chef's kiss* Cupcakes$30/dozen
For the sake of not wasting your time and mine, I'm only going to put one of the pictures on here. But listen very closely - ANY OF THE CAKE FLAVORS CAN BE TURNED INTO CUPCAKES! There, now that's covered. These guys pictured up there are chocolate cupcakes with strawberry icing. A great example of mixing and matching cake flavor and icing combos. Most, not all, but most of the cupcakes are cored and filled with either the icing or a syrup or caramel or something else equally as amazing. |
ok miss girl, let's talk tables
Listen, y'all, I love every part of my business. But you know how every parent has a favorite kid, and they never admit it...event tables are my secret favorite kid. They do the dishes, they tell me they love me, and they always say yes ma'am. On a more serious note, these make any event look stunning. They're perfect for feeding crowds like weddings, showers, holiday work parties, etc. I price these based on the same criteria that I price the plain ole charcuterie boards, plus factoring in the decorations for the table. It takes me quite a while to plan these and gather everything I need for them. If you want a table, I need to know wayyyyy in advance.
